Elena is an Advocate at Elias A. Stephanou LLC since 2014. She has a broad range of experience advising both international and Cyprus based individuals and companies. With expertise in matters bridging the specialisms of private prosecution, white collar and extradition, she is an experienced criminal litigator.
She has represented clients in investigations initiated by American, European and Russian authorities and also has substantial experience of representing clients in interviews conducted by the police and other investigative bodies.
Having written articles and presented lectures on issues of judicial studies, sentencing practices and resilience she also delivers training in developments in judicial decision making and empowering vulnerable groups through education.
