Stavros Demetriou

Stavros worked as a Lecturer in Law at the University of Sussex for four years where he taught criminal law, evidence law and criminal process before joining the firm as a trainee lawyer in July 2021. He has published articles on a range of crime-related issues, such as on criminalisation, criminal law theory and anti-social behaviour, in internationally acclaimed academic journals. Stavros is currently working on a monograph titled ‘Indirect Criminalisation: The True Limits of Criminal Punishment’.
